Here in the living room we two comfy leather sofas and an easy chair, plus a full bookcase, a Freeview telly and DVD player, a sound system and a guitar. Books, CDs, films, etc., are there to be used and enjoyed.

In addition to radiators, there is an electric fire if things turn chilly.
